The ProBook notebook series of HP has recently been unveiled.
This will offer the Indian users with
enhanced  options for computing in terms of performance, affordability and productivity.
The ProBook series aims at satisfying the requirements of diverse sections of people including the small and medium business as well as the large enterprise customers. These notebook computers come with a mercury-free design. The ProBook series features a high-definition LED backlit displays. This comes in 13.3-inch, 14-inch and 15.6-inch diagonal widescreen sizes, which helps to save battery.
The innovative notebook series is equipped with integrated 3D DriveGuard technology which makes the notebooks secuire and guards the hard disk from the impacts of sudden jerks.
The series comes with AMD as well as Intel Core 2 Duo processors along with the choice for integrated or discrete graphics and VoIP capabilities. The notebook is also equipped with a 2 megapixel camera and microphone. The layout of the keyboard is intelligently designed, with keys raised from the surface, reducing the maintenance concerns.
The HP Probook series has a built-in three-axis accelerometer. This is equipped with the HP Professional Innovations’ HP QuickLook 2 software. This provides the susers with access to e-mail, calendar, task and contact information simply by touch of a button.
The issues related to forgotten passwords are solved by the Spare key feature. The File Sanitizer has the potential to delete individual files, folders and personally identifiable information from the notebook permanently.
The HP ProBook comes at a price range beginning from Rs. 40,000, exclusive of taxes.
